Fue declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad
por la UNESCO, destacando entre sus monumentos la catedral
románica, con su grandiosa fachada barroca, la
Universidad renacentista, la Colegiata de Santa María
de Sar, de estilo románico, el Palacio Gelmirez,
único ejemplo románico civil y los diferentes
museos.

SANTIAGO DE COMPOSTELA, currently it’s the
capital of Galicia and one of the most beautiful cities
in Spain, whose construction throughout the centuries
has turned it into one of the most harmonious set
of buildings in Spain. It was declared World Heritage
site by UNESCO.
The most outstanding monuments are the Romanesque
Cathedral with its magnificent Baroque façade,
the Renaissance University, the Romanesque Collegiate
Church of Santa Maria de Sar, the Gelmirez Palace
which is the only sample of civil Romanesque and several
interesting Museums.
